Adopt an Animal
The staff at the Draper City Animal Shelter strive to find each animal that has made its way to the shelter a safe and loving home. Take a look at the animals that are available for adoption. Visitors are welcome to visit the shelter and the animals to see if they are a perfect fit for them and their families.
Gracie
Meet Gracie, an 8 year old Australian Kelpie mix with laser focus on her ultimate obsession: the tennis ball. She is super smart, learns fast, and is looking for an active home ready to channel her brilliant working dog brain. She knows basic commands and loves learning new tasks. She enjoys car rides and quietly joining you on all your outdoor adventures.
Monty
Meet Monty! He is a fun loving, one-year-old chihuahua with big-dog energy packed into a tiny, fun sized body. This active little guy is ready for neighborhood walks, backyard zoomies, and being your loyal shadow all day long. He has a bold, happy, and very affectionate personality once he knows you. Monty would do best in a home with someone ready to give him positive structure, attention, and plenty of cozy lap time when the day is done.
Working Cats
Working cats help deter rodents at barns, farms, horse stables, other sustainable locations with outside shelter, or any property sustainable for independent-minded felines. These cats are spayed or neutered and vaccinated. Working cat adopters are responsible for providing food and water, shelter from the elements, long-term veterinary care, and must keep the animals contained on their property.
